It started with two NZ blokes on an extended “OE” (overseas experience), reminiscing about, and craving for, the wilderness that parts of New Zealand offer. This desire became a need in 2007, leading to the somewhat crazy purchase of 220 hectares of stunning, Manuka filled, rugged native bushland in Little East Bay, near Curious Cove in the Marlborough Sounds.
Since moving back to NZ in 2012, our project to enhance the properties native flora and fauna environment is well underway and our main beekeeping area is based upon the property.
Our bees produce exquisite tasting Manuka honey in remote, wilderness locations.
We and the bees work hard to bring you great tasting, quality, Manuka honey. Our journey is meticulously planned with a great deal of intervention from mother nature.
